Returns
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@apexmods.store with:

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind, size/fit issues, or customer error (wrong address, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive your claim and evidence, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days after approval to appear in your account.
Exchanges
In most cases, we do not offer direct exchanges due to international shipping times.
If your product is damaged or defective, we may arrange a replacement shipment instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost or Late Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with our supplier and shipping partners.
If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
