At APEXMODS LLC, we partner with trusted international suppliers (including AliExpress partners) to bring you quality products at competitive prices. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Current estimated shipping times are:

United Arab Emirates (UAE): 7–15 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear in the system.

Multiple Shipments

For faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately.

You may receive multiple packages at different times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

ApexMods is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be applied once your order reaches its destination.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Responsibility

APEXMODS LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, or unforeseen global events.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@apexmods.store within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue (refund or replacement depending on the situation).

APEXMODS LLC is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
